Welcome Message

Throughout this journey, you will be guided to dialogue with the four elements, each of which has its own significance:

The Air element represents your mind, intuition, inner knowing.

The Sun (Fire element) represents your desire. This is your heart’s calling, your motivation, your life force.

The Earth represents your ability to center, your roots, your stability, confidence, and presence.

The River (Water element) represents your emotions. Water can present itself in form of a gentle stream, or a powerful waterfall, similarly to our emotions..

Lastly, you will be invited to reach out to your subconscious and discover what message it has for you.

May you openly receive all that this experience has to offer you for your greatest good.

Note: If you have received anything during the dialogue with your inner child, if he/she communicated a need or asked for something, please take some time to write that down, as well as to think of ways to implement it into your life (within reason). Make sure to schedule it (if it’s not scheduled, it doesn’t exist).

I ask that you do not neglect this, as self-trust is the foundational block of building a strong connection and partnership with your subconscious mind. Please honor it, as well as yourself.
