Welcome Message

Before beginning this practice, I ask you to write down on a piece of paper the goal that you wish to achieve in the next few weeks and have it in front of you.

This goal needs to be formulated in such a way as to be doable, yet also feel like a bit of a stretch.

Make sure the goal you choose is measurable. For example, “I want to be happy” is not really measurable, hence, your mind will keep dragging you down into either the “we’re not there yet” or “I’m already happy so no growth and discomfort is ever necessary” traps.

Make sure to clearly state the goal, as well as the time period for its accomplishment. If the goal you have in mind is likely to take longer than 3 months, please break it down into smaller stages, and focus on the first stage for your goal.

Please have with you another piece of paper and something to write with so as to capture the information that your subconscious mind will make available to you during this practice.
